The USAA Renovation is a $3,900,000.00 renovation to USAA Insurance’s Tampa Office Building. This project includes various phases over a one year period to renovate and move employees in an existing facility. The electrical scope of work included removing existing power and lighting, installing and feeding new panels, and installing power and lighting in the newly renovated facility. The building remained in operation during the entire construction process and the project was completed in 2012.
