The USAA Commerce Park South Headquarters an 8-story, 500,000 square foot 6 story building building that is USAAs south headquarters. The building includes a 300,000 square fall call center, cafeteria, sports and amenities center, facilities shop, and parking garage.

Borrell Electric has installed all electrical components of this building including the construction of the base building through several critical electrical infrastructure upgrades. The electrical system includes five (5) 3000A services, 5000 MW of generation, and an N+N 625 KVA UPS system with wet flooded cell batteries. Borrell did a complete build out of the UPS system including fuel containment systems, battery monitoring system, gas detection, and fire alarm system. Borrell Electric also performed the MDF upgrades which consisted of a complete renovation of the MDF Room while the facility remained in operation. The build out included a new EPO system, redundant TDR Rooms with air blown backbone fiber. The overall total contract value for the work performed at this facility is in excess of $40,000,000.00.
