The PHSC Instructional Performing Arts Center is an approximately 36,000 sf facility incorporating educational, practice, and performance spaces. The budget for this project was roughly $15,000,000.00. The project was a tilt panel project including a fully equipped theater with theatrical lighting, rigging, and a highly technical Audio Visual system. The theater seats roughly 450 people. This project also included multiple computer labs, dance studio, music studio, drama studio, production room, dressing rooms, scene shop, and office space.

Borrell Electric was contracted to perform the Electrical scope as well as the low voltage scope including Structured Cabling, Audio Visual, and Fire Alarm. Borrell also carried the theatrical lighting system, requiring detailed coordination prior to rough-in.
